Get ready to sing, dance, and contribute to the artistic process of producing and starring in your very own Pop Star Power Concert! Camp activities include singing, dancing, and fun activities related to wardrobe, props, makeup, choreography and, of course, performance! Your fans are sure to be starstruck when your exclusive world tour opens at MCCA! 

Each class focuses on proper posture, body positions, across the floor, and center work. Musicality and creativity are explored through improvisation. Join us for this stress-relieving class!

Beginner Adult hip hop class consisting  of a warm-up, progressions across the floor, and a center combo. Hip hop classes will teach rhythm, and musicality, and focus on individual expression while using hip hop music. The goal of this class is to encourage creativity, imagination, introduce the foundations of dance, and to teach the appropriate classroom conduct in a safe and positive environment.

An Introductory class for ages 2-3. This class is the perfect place for your little entertainer to learn the basics of singing, acting and dance with you at their side! This class is designed to be taken alongside a parent or caretaker. 

A combo class (Pre-K 4 through 1st Grade) featuring an introductory level of Ballet and Tap. The goal of this class is to encourage creativity, imagination, introduce the foundations of dance, and to teach the appropriate classroom conduct in a safe and positive environment. 

A combo class (Grades K-2) featuring a Beginner/intermediate level of Ballet and Tap. The goal of this class is to encourage creativity, imagination, introduce the foundations of dance, and to teach the appropriate classroom conduct in a safe and positive environment.

Luminary Pre-Professional Program. Beginner Tap/Jazz Class. In addition to technical achievements dancers develop discipline, accountability, respect, focus, self-motivation, & self-care. Prerequisites: o Minimum of 1 year prior dance training o Preliminary Tap Skills: toe tap, heel dig, shuffle o Preliminary Jazz skills: rising on top balls of the feet, pointing and flexing of feet o Flexibility: seated forward bend hands touching ankles o Ability to focus and follow direction for extended time If the student is not able to meet these guidelines during the first class of the semester the teacher will give options for a more suitable class that will better support the students training.

A combo class (Grades 6-12) featuring a beginner/intermediate level of Tap and Jazz. The goal of this class is to encourage creativity, imagination, introduce the foundations of dance, and to teach the appropriate classroom conduct in a safe and positive environment.

Luminary Pre-Professional Program. Intermediate advanced Tap & Jazz technique, and physical fitness. Dancers develop techinque, discipline, accountability, respect, self-motivation, & self-care. Prerequisites: Execute a technically sound double pirouette (posture, placement, 2 full revolutions, 2 clean spots, accuracy and control). Thorough knowledge and execution of beginner Jazz skills, vocabulary, and theory. Ability to maintain posture while executing grande battement above 90 degrees. Ability to balance in a posse position on releve without wobble. Execute a minimum of 45 eleves without stop or wobble. Right split flat, left and middle within 8”. Ability to pick-up new material in a progressive class setting If the student is not able to meet these guidelines during the first class of the semester the teacher will give options for a more suitable class that will better support the students training.

Luminary Pre-Professional Program. Intermediate-Advanced Contemporary Ballet (Grades 6-12) ** This class is designed for dancers who have a solid foundation in ballet and contemporary techniques. Students will explore a variety of movement styles, emphasizing the integration of athleticism and artistry. The supportive atmosphere fosters growth in confidence, strength, and flexibility, pushing students to reach their full potential as expressive contemporary dancers. Participants should come prepared to work hard and embrace the beauty of movement!

Luminary Pre-Professional Program. Pointe Technique Class ** This class is designed for dancers who are actively training in ballet and have pre-approval from the instructor. Students will focus on developing the strength, technique, and artistry needed to perform on pointe, emphasizing proper alignment, balance, and control. The class will include exercises at the barre and center, to enhance the dancer's overall performance quality. It is recommended students also register for the 5:30 class to gain the most benefits.

Intro to Musical Theatre class (Pre-K 4 through 1st Grade). This class is the perfect place for your little entertainer to learn the basics of musical theatre. Students participate in acting, voice, and dance. 

Musical Theatre Class  (Grades 2-5). This class builds on the foundations of Broadway Mini's. Students will combine all of the mediums- acting, voice, and dance.
