MCCA Teacher Profile: Ms. Quinn!

How long have you been a teacher at MCCA? What do you teach?

I started choreography at MCCA in Spring of 2022 and became an official staff member that following fall! I teach pre-professional dance including Dream Chasers, Trailblazers and Teen Lyrical.

What are you most excited about for our 10 Year Anniversary?

I am excited to see this semester’s showcases and hopefully reconnect with some alumni! I was 10 years old when I started at MCCA so it is super cool to celebrate the studio’s 10th birthday!!

If you could have a superpower what would you choose?

I would choose to be invisible!

If you could have dinner with any two people from history, who would you choose?

Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston. I think it would be fascinating to speak to two of the most amazing musicians in history.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Greece! I want a Mamma Mia moment!!

Outside of MCCA, what else are you involved in?

I am a student at Frostburg State where I study Business Administration and Psychology. You may also see me serving tables at Giuseppe’s Restaurant on Bowery St!

What is your biggest pet peeve?

People chewing with their mouth opening 🤣

How do you define success?

Doing whatever makes you feel the best and loving it. You don’t have to BE the best to feel the best.

Independent, Kind and Spunky
