We are so happy for you all to join us this Spring! Thank you for sharing your gifts and talents with us!

From February 10th-14th, we are celebrating one of my FAVORITE traditions at MCCA! 

It is SHARE THE LOVE Week and we have so many special things in store for all of you.

What is Share The Love Week?

While we always hold love and kindness at the forefront of our mission at MCCA, Share the Love Week gives us an extra special opportunity to shout it out loud and spread the love around. Maya Angelou said, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

It’s important to all of us at MCCA that our students feel loved and that they become ambassadors for love and kindness both inside and outside of MCCA.

How do we celebrate Share the Love Week?

We encourage all students to join in the Share the Love celebration. Students are welcome to wear their favorite red and pink outfits or any outfit that they LOVE! Any clothes or costumes that make you feel happy and are an expression of your true beautiful self are encouraged. The MCCA staff will engage students in special games and activities and will provide Kindness Challenges. Classes will be making Valentines and cards to be distributed at local nursing homes, which is always a special treat for the residents and a great way to spread the love around! 

Share the love with a friend!

Is there a better way to spread the love than with a friend? Invite a friend to any of your MCCA classes during Share the Love Week! Each friend needs to sign a waiver to join the fun in class with you.

Valentine's Day Kids Night Out!

To celebrate the end of Share the Love Week, we are so excited to offer our Valentine’s Day Kids Night Out! This Valentine’s Day, let us party with your kids so you can enjoy a well-deserved date night! Your kiddos will have a blast at our Valentine’s themed event in a secure and safe environment with our friendly staff. Join us on Friday, February 14th, from 6 PM to 8:30 PM. This event is open to kids in grades K to 12 and is just $25 per person. You do not need to be an MCCA student to attend.

Our fabulous MCCA staff will host this delightful evening, where your children can partake in an array of love-themed activities, including:

• Love Scavenger Hunt (Sensory Friendly)  

• Cupid’s Dance Room & Photo Booth  

• Love Bug Café & Coloring (Sensory Friendly)  

• Cupid’s Game Room: Bingo, Obstacle Course, Pin the Arrow on Cupid  

• Cupid’s Craft Room (Sensory Friendly)  

• Love Bracelets (Sensory Friendly)
