Intermediate Acting (Grades 6-12). Students will learn Intermediate Acting techniques. The initial focus will be continued work on stage presence, voice projection, and the basics of acting for the stage. There will be focused exercises that will help each student learn how to analyze a script and build a more advanced character. Students will learn how to work together as an ensemble as they explore story-telling using voice and movement. Using simple improv games and exercises, students will learn to engage with their fellow actors and how to promptly think and react to their surroundings.
